Who we are

Wynnford Ltd (company no. 16619138, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. ICO registration ZC031096. Contact: hello@wynnford.co.uk.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name (if given) and message. The form is delivered to our mailbox as an email.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type and time of each request to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this site.

Why, and on what basis

We use contact-form data to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry on a commercial discussion. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs are processed on the same basis, for security and availability.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for 12 months from the last exchange, then deleted, unless a business relationship follows — in which case we keep what that relationship and our legal record-keeping require.

Who receives it

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend Inc. (United States) — delivers contact-form messages to us as email.
• Namecheap Inc. (United States) — forwards email sent to our address.

These providers process data under contracts that include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email hello@wynnford.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no non-essential cookies. See the cookie policy.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes
